What You'll Do
As a Collision Estimator, you'll own the repair process from estimating and blueprinting through final delivery, working closely with customers, technicians, insurance partners, and the production team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Writing accurate, thorough collision repair estimates and repair plans
- Handling scheduled estimates and walk-in customers
- Working with technicians during the blueprinting process to identify all necessary repairs
- Following current OEM repair procedures
- Managing documentation and insurance/DRP requirements
- Communicating repair plans and expectations with customers
- Providing customers with clear vehicle status updates throughout the repair
- Managing supplements and post-repair documentation
- Handling total-loss administration when necessary
- Completing final quality-control checks and test drives
- Reviewing completed repairs and delivering vehicles back to customers
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of automotive collision repair experience
- Experience with collision estimating, blueprinting, and repair planning
- Strong understanding of the collision repair process
- Experience working with insurance carriers and DRP requirements
- CCC ONE experience preferred
- I-CAR training or certifications are a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple repairs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and complete documentation
- At least 18 years of age

The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by several factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.
