What You’ll Do:

• Educate & close – Help clients find the best loan solutions while securing the deal.
• Manage & grow – Handle a high-volume pipeline while expanding your network.
• Build relationships – Partner with Realtors, financial advisors, and other key referral sources.
• Own the process – Work closely with our elite Operations Team to ensure smooth transactions.

What You Bring:

✔ Active NMLS license & 2 years of mortgage origination experience.
✔ Proven ability to structure and close loans efficiently.
✔ A hunger to grow and a mindset to win—we coach, mentor, and elevate top performers.

Compensation & Perks:

💰 Commission-based earnings  – Your success = your paycheck.

• Prevailing minimum wage base pay
• Commission tiered based upon monthly volume: starting at 25 bps, up to 65 bps
