Your Role as a Producing Branch Manager
As a Producing Branch Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team while personally originating loans. You’ll be responsible for:

🔹 Recruiting, training, and mentoring top-tier Loan Officers.

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
✔ 5 years of mortgage banking or retail branch banking experience (including 1 year in a leadership role).
✔ A strong network of referral partners and a proven ability to drive sales.
✔ Deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures.
✔ Active NMLS license.
✔ A passion for leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
