Duties
- Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing detailed property tours and answering all questions about leasing options, amenities, and community policies
- Manage lease or rental agreement processes accurately using property management software.
- Handle client communication via phone, email, and in person with professionalism, clarity, and courtesy
- Negotiate lease terms and upsell available units or services to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities
- Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for new tenants and address any issues promptly
- Document all leasing activities meticulously through data entry, filing, and record keeping using property management tools like Entrata
Essential Needs
- Proven experience in property management, leasing, or real estate administrative roles with familiarity in lease or rental agreement management
- Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30 and rotating Saturdays.
- Experience with property management software, Entrata, is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone etiquette and client relationship management techniques
- Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and team members
- Experience in sales, upselling, negotiation, and contract management within a property or real estate setting
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
- Perform various administrative duties
- Plan, facilitate and participate in resident functions and marketing activities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for legal documentation and compliance records.
