JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a thorough knowledge of all the job responsibilities of a security officer.
- Maintain a constant vigilance to ensure the safety of guests, employees and property
- Understand and deliver on key management, alarm protocols, lost & found, unattended children, intoxicated patrons.
- Responsible for enforcing security procedures at all assigned posts
- Assists in the transfer of monies from one area to another
- Training of new officers
- Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team
- Valid driver's license required and must meet the requirements of company Motor Vehicle Record Policy
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees #oceandowns
