We’re looking for a gear-savvy, detail-driven individual to empower our sales team through accurate pricing and top-tier customer communication.
- Analyze real-time market data to price gear competitively
- Maintain the pricing database, providing the team with a reliable single source of truth
- Support drivers with real-time pricing during pickups
- Facilitate communication across Shopify, Reverb, eBay, Sweetwater GX, and direct channels
- Keep CRM data clean and sales metrics accurate
- Collaborate with Inventory, Listings, and Customer Success to bridge technical gaps and maintain data accuracy
- 3–5 years experienced with production equipment
- Analytical, organized, and confident in decision-making
- Strong communicator who can serve customers with authority and clarity
- Passionate about production gear and the mission of the Church
- Flexible, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-moving environments
