Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate Clover Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with cleaning the dining room for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of food handling practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Experience or background in the food industry is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math applications.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is a plus.
