Area Franchise Lead
Preferred Location : Nashville (main area) and Chicago, Indianapolis, Birmingham, Kansas City
Role Overview
The Area Franchise Lead II supports Church’s Texas Chicken (CTC) franchisees and U.S. markets to ensure success in key areas: portfolio management, sales growth, profitability, market plan execution, asset transformation, new restaurant openings, and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Market Planning: Develop and execute market plans across operations, marketing, assets, finance, and technology; track KPIs with regular check-ins.
- Portfolio Management: Partner with medium and large franchisees to implement strategic initiatives, ensure brand compliance, and drive quarterly goals.
- Franchise Relations: Build strong relationships, support business planning, marketing, and operational compliance.
- Sales & Profitability: Monitor performance, guide improvement plans, and leverage financial tools to enhance unit-level profitability.
- New Restaurant & Reimage Support: Lead countdown calls, provide on-site opening support, and coordinate reimage updates.
- Franchise Business Reviews: Conduct reviews, create improvement plans, and schedule follow-ups.
- Guest Satisfaction: Monitor scorecards, review service metrics, and ensure proper execution of LTOs.
- Training & Compliance: Drive certification standards, roll out new initiatives, and enforce corrective actions for brand standards.
- Continuous Development: Participate in workshops, marketing meetings, and leadership development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 7 years in QSR or multi-unit restaurant operations
- Experience in hiring, training, and people development
- Strong knowledge of franchise agreements and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bilingual a plus; ethical and independent work style
