What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Set-Up Team Members position at Church Ranch Event Center?
Are you passionate about events, set up, maintenance and cleaning, to ensure events happen flawlessly?
We’re looking for team members who are passionate about:
- Venue Preparation: Arranging tables, chairs, stages, and buffet stations according to the setup forms and floor plan provided.
- Logistics & Maintenance: Unloading equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring the space is clean and tidy.
- Decor & Signage: Hanging signs, setting up enhancements, and placing decorative elements where requested.
- Lifting, moving, and arranging furniture and decor according to the setup floor plan.
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
Responsibilities:
- Follow floorplans and written set-up directions
- Ensure all details are executed flawlessly - attention to detail is a must!
- Work directly with our Planning /Execution & Executive Team regarding event set up and client needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Clean bathrooms, bar, main halls, common areas & pick up any debris in gardens or parking lot
- Must be able to learn how to use: floor cleaning machines & scissor lift ( must be comfortable with heights)
- Weekend Availability is preffered
- Maintain a professional and courtous attitude as a representative of Church Ranch Event Center and Table Mountain Meetings and Events
- Understand and implement all Church Ranch Event Center policies and procedures

***This position is a part-time independent contractor position (1099 Position), which will require you to create and register an LLC with the state, no later than 60 days after your start date. We provide instructions on how to do so, if assistance is needed. ***
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
