Church of the King exists to Reach People and Build Lives. We are looking for a passionate worship leader who loves Jesus, develops people, and creates meaningful worship experiences that help others encounter God.
As the Worship Coordinator, you will lead worship, build volunteer teams, and partner with campus leadership to create engaging, Christ-centered services each week.
Responsibilities
Lead Worship
- Lead worship during weekend services and special events.
- Plan worship sets with the Campus Pastor and Central Worship Team.
- Lead rehearsals that cultivate both spiritual and musical excellence.
- Partner with the Production Team to create an excellent worship experience.
Build & Develop Teams
- Recruit, train, and develop worship leaders, musicians, and Dream Team members.
- Invest in COTK College students and future worship leaders.
- Build healthy volunteer teams.
Collaborate Across Ministries
- Work closely with campus pastors and ministry leaders.
- Support worship for COTK Kids, COTK Youth, and other campus ministries.
- Help create a unified worship culture across the campus.
Support the Central Worship Team
- Implement church-wide worship initiatives.
- Maintain alignment with the vision and values of Church of the King.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- A growing, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Experience leading worship in a church setting.
- Strong vocal and musical ability.
- Working knowledge of live audio, video, or streaming environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- A teachable spirit with a heart to serve and develop others.
