POSITION SUMMARY
Church Foundation Repair is seeking an experienced Multifamily Estimator to develop and grow our multifamily foundation repair business throughout the Austin and San Antonio markets and surrounding Central Texas communities. This position is responsible for evaluating projects, preparing accurate and profitable estimates, developing customer relationships, and securing new business. The estimator may also be responsible for running residential sales leads as business needs require.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate multifamily properties and conduct site visits to assess foundation repair needs.
- Review construction plans, engineering reports, and project specifications to determine project scope.
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates, bids, and proposals while maintaining targeted profit margins.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, property owners, general contractors, and engineers.
- Identify and pursue new multifamily foundation repair opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
- Follow up on bids, negotiate pricing, and work to secure awarded projects.
- Coordinate with operations managers to ensure accurate project scopes, pricing, and smooth job handoffs.
- Run residential sales leads and prepare residential estimates as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, customer contacts, and sales opportunities; provide regular updates to management on estimating activity, pipeline, and anticipated revenue.
- Attend networking events and build relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Multifamily construction or estimating experience is required.
- Experience in foundation repair, concrete construction, or related construction industries preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, engineering reports, and project specifications.
- Strong understanding of construction costs, labor, materials, and project pricing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Austin–San Antonio corridor and surrounding communities.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Generate new multifamily business and develop long-term customer relationships; meet established sales and estimating goals; maintain accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates; and achieve targeted revenue and gross margin objectives.
OVERALL OBJECTIVE: Grow Church Foundation Repair's multifamily business throughout Central Texas while supporting residential sales and maintaining profitable, sustainable growth.
