Overview
Responsible for servicing and maintenance of facilities.
Responsibilities
- Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots, dismantles, repairs, and reassembles complex equipment.
- Assists in the planning and scheduling of the installation, care, and repair of resort facilities and equipment.
- Works from drawings, verbal instructions, and sketches under moderate supervision.
- Works with outside contractors, obtains bids, forwards information to department Director and Facilities Manager.
- Directs work of Team Members as assigned.
- Responsible for safe operation and use of equipment, hand and power tools, and materials.
- Requisitions supplies, tools, materials, and equipment needed for various tasks.
- Identifies all utilities, and locations, provides information in case of emergencies.
- Keeps records and dates of materials used and equipment serviced.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Certificate of License in specific maintenance trade (i.e., HVAC, etc.)
- Five years of prior experience in a technician capacity.
- One year of experience in a supervisory or mentoring role.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical ability and understanding required.
- Forklift Scissor and Boom Operator Certification within the first year.
- Must participate and complete required ongoing departmental training.
- Must hold a valid California driver's license and meet the insurance requirements of Chumash Enterprises.
- Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, e-mail, and internet.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
