What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chophouse Bartender position at Chula Vista Resort?
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. At our Chophouse Restaurant Bar we have positive, fun, friendly, bartenders and would like you to be part of our team. The successful candidate will be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers needs and expectations. Your individual personality should shine through use it to your advantage. Due to our great sales team the resort is busy year around. We have great food and drinks, and excellent (and generous) customers!
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
- Access customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 30lbs.
Body Positions: Sitting, standing for an extended period of time.
Body Sense: Have full use of eyes and ears, full power of speech.
Body Movements: Walking, turning head and torso, bending arms, wrists, and fingers.
