Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services and Support, plans, organizes, and manages work of assigned. The Senior Director, Facilities, Planning, Maintenance and Operations oversees the management of facilities, plant operations, maintenance, custodial services. Directs, reviews, and inspects contract work, new construction, environmental safety, maintenance, and operation activities. Performs related duties as assigned. Committed to providing leadership, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and cross- training to provide optimum services and support.
