Chula Seafood Grayhawk is fishing for an energetic, hospitality-driven Server / “Fish-Tender” to join our Fish Fam. We’re looking for someone who brings great energy to the room, genuinely enjoys taking care of people, and understands that exceptional service is always a team effort.

About the Role

At Chula Seafood, hospitality is at the heart of what we do. As a Server / Fish-Tender, you’ll be part of a team-service environment where everyone jumps in to help.

You’ll serve and connect with guests, confidently guide them through our seafood-driven menu, run food, bus and reset tables, package fresh fish from our market, and support your teammates wherever needed.

We’re looking for people who understand that great hospitality goes beyond taking an order. It’s about reading the room, anticipating what guests need, helping your team, and creating an experience that makes people want to come back.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of serving or bartending experience

• AM / PM availability

• Genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of people

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Comfortable with money handling and POS systems

• Comfortable with opening and closing responsibilities

• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Reliable, accountable, and ready to work

• Positive attitude and team-first mentality

• Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow

• Seafood knowledge is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you the fish!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver genuine, knowledgeable hospitality to every guest

• Learn our menu and confidently guide guests through their dining experience

• Work alongside your teammates to keep service moving

• Run food, bus and reset tables, and support all FOH positions as needed

• Package and sell fresh seafood from our fish market

• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready restaurant

• Bring positive energy and professionalism to every shift
