SUMMARY:
Our team provides exceptional dining experiences for all customers, upholding high standards of customer service and ensuring efficient operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interact effectively with the public and colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to meet customer needs and venue standards.
• Maintain compliance with health and sanitation regulations, including relevant food safety certification.
• Collaborate as a team member with various roles to ensure a smoothly run operation, including Venue Hosts, Supervisors, Food Servers, Bus People, and Kitchen Staff.
• Assist with clearing and bussing tables as needed, and participate in side work and opening/closing duties.
• Regularly maintain a consistent attendance record and adhere to management's reasonable requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with previous food server experience, is preferred. Additionally, they must be able to read, interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups. The ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations is also required.
