We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to support our corporate client base.

We are a full-service Law and CPA firm based in 22 offices in USA and India. We do corporate, tax, immigration, litigation, employment, entertainment, real estate, intellectual property, family law, and mergers & acquisition work.
Responsibilities
- Handle corporate and business transactional matters.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts and corporate documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs and memoranda.
- Assist with litigation matters, including court appearances, as needed.
- Perform due diligence for contracts and mergers & acquisitions.
- Assist with negotiations, dispute resolution, and risk assessment for clients.
- 1–3 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
- Active California State Bar license (required).
- Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent foreign law degree, with active California State Bar admission.
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
- $75,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience.
