Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and fryers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards in production
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Support the culinary team in meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety standards in all aspects of food production
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or catering environments is preferred
