Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation to support evidence-based treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
- Strong focus on Patient Care, including monitoring patient response, promoting safety, and fostering patient engagement and independence.
- Experience or interest in Program Development and Home Care to assist in creating effective home programs and supporting continuity of care outside the clinic.
- Current certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) in the state of Colorado, or eligibility to obtain it prior to start.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, with clear and professional communication skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage a consistent caseload and complete documentation accurately and on time.
- CPR/First Aid certification and prior experience in outpatient, pediatric, or community-based therapy settings are beneficial.
