Chuck Stevens Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT is seeking an experienced CDJR Certified Automotive Service Technician to join our professional service team. We are looking for technicians who take pride in diagnosing and repairing vehicles correctly the first time while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
• Perform warranty, customer-pay, and internal repairs
• Complete advanced drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and HVAC diagnostics
• Perform factory-recommended maintenance services
• Utilize Stellantis diagnostic equipment and service information
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow all manufacturer and dealership repair procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management

Qualifications

• Current CDJR (Stellantis) certifications preferred
• Previous Chrysler dealership experience is required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Own professional automotive tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
