What You'll Gain

What You'll Do

Help customers in Spanish and English, at the counter and over the phone.

Ask questions, listen carefully, and help customers find the right parts.

Learn to look up parts, check inventory, prepare quotes, and process orders accurately.

Work with our yard and warehouse teams to help orders move smoothly.

Follow up with customers and follow through on your commitments.

Build trust through friendly service, honest answers, and attention to detail.

What You Need

Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.

A genuine interest in cars and automotive parts.

Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.

Clear communication and comfort helping customers in person and by phone.

Dependable attendance and the ability to work on site in Douglassville.

Previous automotive experience is welcome, but not required. Experience in retail, restaurants, customer service, or other hands-on work can also be a strong foundation.
