Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our apartment complexes.
Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance on apartments, ground, buildings.
- Troubleshoot appliances, plumbing issues, and any other needs of the tenants.
- Repair or replace apartment, property components as needed.
- Complete turnover between tenants for each unit.
- Conduct carpentry repairs and perform residential repairs as needed for facility upkeep
- Be able to work on roofs.
- HVAC repair experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, facilities or apartment maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair.
- Hands-on experience with general maintenance.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be diverse and adapt to daily challenges.
