What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advertisement Installer & Shop Assistant position at Chuck Agency?
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Billposter/Shop Assistant to join our team. This position is split between installing poster advertising campaigns throughout Los Angeles and assisting in our shop by receiving, folding & preparing posters for upcoming campaigns.
Responsibilities: Field Work (Billposting)
- Install advertising posters throughout LosAngeles using wild posting/wheatpasting methods.
- Travel between installation locations/assets.
- Work independently while maintaining communication with management.
- Complete installations efficiently and professionally.
- Represent the company in a professional manner while working in the field.
- Comfortable with wildposting/guerrilla marketing nature.
Shop Work
- Receive poster deliveries.
- Fold posters according to standardized guidelines and layout specifications..
- Assist with general shop duties as needed.
- Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Comfortable performing manual labor and lifting 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Smartphone required.
- Please familiarize yourself with wild posting/wheatpasting and be comfortable with this form of advertising.
- No previous billposting/wheatpasting experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and a fast learner.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
