Chuck-A-Rama is seeking a Production Manager for our Idaho Falls, ID location. This role is responsible for leading back-of-house operations and ensuring our guests receive fresh, high-quality food throughout the day. Successful candidates will work side-by-side with kitchen team members while directing daily food production, maintaining quality standards, and creating an efficient, team-oriented environment.

Benefits- Starting salary $60,000 to $62,000, based on experience and qualifications

- One year of management experience preferred, ideally in restaurant or food production environments
- Lead and direct kitchen and production staff in a high-volume buffet environment
- Ensure food is prepared fresh, consistently, and according to Chuck-A-Rama quality standards
- Monitor food presentation, freshness, portioning, and production levels throughout service
- Train, coach, and develop back-of-house team members
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and product rotation
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in all kitchen and prep areas
- Advanced food safety knowledge; ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work efficiently during peak business periods while supporting key operational positions as needed
- Understand and manage food cost, waste, labor, and overall kitchen efficiency within budget guidelines
- Ability to read and follow recipes, production guides, and operational procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills and overall restaurant operations knowledge
- Front and back of house experience is a plus
