What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Chuck-a-Rama Buffet Restaurants?
Chuck-A-Rama is looking for a person to join our fast paced, fun, made from scratch kitchen as a baker. Our Bakers are the heartbeat of our kitchens, they are responsible for preparing our famous rolls and scones, as well as preparing our mouth watering desserts all from scratch. Typical bakery shifts run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A good person for this position is meticulous about following recipes, well organized and task oriented.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to follow recipes and instructions
- Must understand instructions for preparing and maintaining equipment
- Must have good communication skills
- Be willing to get a food handlers permit
- Be able to understand and follow food safety procedures
- Repeatedly lifting 50 pounds to table height.
