Schedule & Hours
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Approximately 17 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Transporting food and dishes to and from main location to the West Allis location
- Keep the truck, organized, and stocked before, during, and after shifts
- Taking customer orders and accurate money handling
- Task flexibility- transitioning between guest ordering and assistance to food preparation
- Track tickets and manage multiple orders efficiently
- Cook all menu items accurately by following company recipes and kitchen training
- Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during high-volume service
- Clean cooking equipment and properly store food to meet sanitation and safety
standards
- Restock items as needed to keep service running smoothly

What You’ll Need
- Current Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong teamwork and verbal communication skills
- Driver’s License required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- High school diploma or some college preferred, but not required
