Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS.
• Assist guests with menu selections, including upselling specials and promotions.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help colleagues and guests alike.
