Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Your main responsibilities will include :
greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and assisting with guest inquiries. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests in a timely manner and ensure proper table rotation
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Provide menus to guests and answer questions about menu items
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth communication and service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Follow all health and safety guidelines Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and reservation management software
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Phone etiquette skills for taking reservations
