Chubbies is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our dynamic team as the Operations Manager to support the Fulfillment and logistics function. An ideal candidate would be the epitome of efficiency, a self starter, a detail oriented project manager with a knack for problem solving. This is a great opportunity for someone who is incredibly organized and with a strong capacity for cross functional collaboration with individuals at all levels of the organization. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor fulfillment/logistics KPI’s and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory management, order processing, and shipping activities with the overall business objectives.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Synthesize and distribute omni channel demand forecasts for sales and operations planning.
- Manage and lead projects to achieve operational efficiencies such as: RFID implementation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance omni-channel order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Work closely with internal/system operations partners to develop and implement process improvements and automations that enable efficiencies across the organization.
- Maintain data integrity in Business intelligence tools for operational KPI’s (final mile delivery performance, parcel shipment costs etc.)
- Implements and maintains policy and procedures relating to inventory control, to include ensuring the accuracy of warehouse inventory.
- Collaborate with merchandising and product teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts and seasonal trends.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Microsoft excel skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in Netsuite or similar ERP applications.
- Experience in Looker or similar business intelligence tool
