Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication, relationship building, and collaborative teamwork
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to meet diverse client needs
- Technical proficiency, including familiarity with benefits software or administrative tools
- Prior experience in insurance benefits, HR, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related area is advantageous
