About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the Western and Southwest USA. This remote role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and supporting both direct accounts and distribution channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
- Prospect and secure new accounts within the designated territory.
- Manage direct accounts to increase business volume and profitability.
- Support distributor sales teams with strategy, planning, and training.
- Participate in trade shows, industry meetings, and training conferences.
- Stay informed on new products, services, and market trends.
- Monitor and report on competitive activity.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and handle customer inquiries.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and document sales activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Sales, Marketing, or Business
- 4 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a technical field
- ERP experience preferred
- Strong CRM experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 50% domestically
