About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales revenue to meet assigned targets
- Prospect and secure new accounts within the assigned territory
- Manage direct accounts to increase business volume and profitability
- Support distributor sales teams with strategy, planning, and training
- Participate in trade shows, industry meetings, and training conferences
- Stay informed on new products, services, and market trends
- Monitor and report on competitive activity
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and address customer inquiries
- Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and document sales activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Sales, Marketing, or Business
- 4 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a technical field
- ERP experience preferred
- Strong CRM experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
