Position Overview: Are you a skilled chemical operator looking for a leadership role? We are seeking a motivated Lead Chemical Operator to join our team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you'll operate state-of-the-art equipment, supervise shift operations, and ensure top-notch safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise shift operations and team members.
- Measure and mix materials with precision.
- Maintain and optimize system parameters.
- Collaborate with QC and R&D teams to ensure product excellence.
- Safely load and offload chemicals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Uphold a clean and safe work environment.
- Train and mentor new team members.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in chemical processing (preferred).
- ERP experience (preferred).
- Forklift and respiratory equipment certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Non-temperature-controlled environment.
- Exposure to moderate noise and odors.
- Health and safety precautions required.
Travel Required: 5-10% intermittent.
