Key Responsibilities:
- Build production batches in a cGMP area, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Accurately read, fill out, and maintain all batch documentation.
- Load and offload chemicals, operate pumps and filters, and monitor temperature and run speeds.
- Conduct in-process testing and maintain a safe, organized work area.
Interact with QC lab and R&D teams, troubleshoot basic equipment, and implement corrective actions to eliminate operating errors. - Train other employees in the production area and maintain CHT standards for quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
- Support customer service and production planning as necessary, while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a chemical operator or in a related field.
- Certified to drive a forklift (or ability to obtain certification within 90 days).
- Strong written and oral communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Familiarity with ERP solutions (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, etc.) is a plus.

- Knowledge of OSHA’s PSM standards and handling hazardous materials.
