What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Professional position at CHT Apartments LLC?
Responsibilities
OPENING/CLOSING THE OFFICE
The CHT Employee will be responsible for opening and closing the office during the hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm.
WALKING THE GROUNDS
The CHT employee will be expected to walk the grounds
SATURDAYS
The CHT employee will be responsible for working 1-3 Saturdays a month upper management pending approval.
SHOWING/LEASING APARTMENTS/PARKING
The CHT employee will be responsible for showing and leasing most all units at CHT Apartments.
TURNOVER PERIOD
The CHT employee will be responsible for completing checkouts, move-ins, and all other necessary paperwork for the busy season of move-ins/outs during the turnover period.
PACKAGES/CARTS
The CHT Employee will be responsible for organizing packages as they are left in the office and supervise the pickup of packages by residents. The CHT employee will also be responsible for checking out carts for residents to use.
COMMUNICATION
The CHT Employee will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails and walk-in questions by residents and prospective future residents as well as any other duties/tasks asked or required by upper management.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience and computer skills are encouraged
