Candidate Requirements:

·        You are compassionate and engaging while providing superior customer service.

·        Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Mental Health Counseling.

·       Florida License: Active and valid in respective field

·        Must maintain a full-time schedule Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm in our Bay County, Panama City office completing a minimum of 14 assessments per week.

Flexible Schedule: In Office Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm, Telehealth Monday - Friday 12 pm - 8 pm

·        Responsible for determining client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM-5-TR and ICD-10.

·        Performs initial assessments in accordance with Medicaid regulations and updates as applicable.

·        Works effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing an exacerbation of either psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms, as well as experiencing a stressful situation.

* Minimum compensation listed is based on 14 mental health only assessments per week. The average time to complete MH assessment is 2 hours 15 minutes. Earnings and bonus potential increases with bilingual, substance use assessments and productivity.
