Chrysalis Behavioral Health Services and Training Center is a private practice in Fargo, ND, offering outpatient services including evaluation/assessment, individual therapy, play therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. We are seeking Clinical/Counseling Psychologists and Therapists to join a multi-specialty private practice. Chrysalis aims to be a leader in trauma treatment in North Dakota, offering evidence-based practices and unique healing spaces for holistic healing. Play therapy rooms, a sensory room, sand tray rooms and healing gardens are available to enhance the healing of children, adolescents, and adults.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Mental Health Therapist at Chrysalis Behavioral Health Services and Training Center in Fargo, ND which may include therapy in person and/or by telehealth as needed by clients. The Therapist will be responsible for diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and mental health therapy. Chrysalis is a supportive environment for therapists that encourages the development of individual interests. Therapist may specialize in any age(s) of clients including children, adolescents, and adults. We offer flexibility in scheduling. An interest in or experience in play or expressive arts therapies would be an ideal fit but is not required as varied specialty areas are welcome. Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field or PhD in Psychology
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist or Social Worker or Psychology Resident or Licensed Psychologist in North Dakota
- Experience with diagnosing and strong ability to develop and implement treatment plans
- Experience in providing individual therapy
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Family Therapy and/or Group Therapy skills (Optional)
- Experience working with trauma survivors (Optional)
