Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The BCBA will assess, design, and oversee behavior intervention plans for children with autism using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, supervising therapy sessions, training and supporting behavior technicians, and providing parent education to enhance family involvement in treatment. Additionally, the BCBA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective, individualized treatment plans for each child.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience in Behavior Management and developing intervention strategies
- Strong skills in Parent Education to support family participation
- Knowledge of Psychology, child development, and therapies for children with autism
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism
