What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visitor Control Specialist position at CHRONOS Systems, Inc.?
Responsibilities as a Visitor Control Specialist:
- Provide accountability, control, verification and issuance of visitor identification (ID) badges.
- Register and process the visitor control computerized database management system.
- Perform all visitor identification ID badge issuance related tasks, to include researching and reviewing source documents and verifying eligibility.
- Receive individual requests for enrollment and updates of visitor control records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Issue the correct type of visitor ID badges.
- Report system failures and downtime to the appropriate assistance centers, as needed.
- Complete all duties as directed by the client and in accordance with established guidance and while providing outstanding customer support.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Common Access Cards Issuance processes
- Strong organizational skills and is detail oriented
- Notable proofreading and typing skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and handle simultaneous customers with success and accuracy
- Capabilitiy of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, professional environment.
- US Citizenship & ability to favorably pass a client conducted background check.
- Availability to work an 8 hour shift and be available and flexible between the hours of 0600-1800 with little notice.
