Located at 676 Fairplex Dr. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and hardworking.

Availability Requirement
- Applicants must be available to work Friday evenings and either all day or evening shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
Business Hours
- Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 11:30 AM – 12:30 AM
Job Responsibilities
As a Game Master, you will serve as a storyteller, guide, and problem solver. You will interact directly with players in the game rooms and help create a fun and memorable experience. We are looking for individuals who learn quickly, pay close attention to detail, and—most importantly—demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting players and explaining game rules
- Assisting players throughout the game experience
- Monitoring game progress and providing hints when necessary
- Resetting game rooms for the next group
- Handling game reservations and front desk duties
- Promoting future game bookings to customers
- Maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of the facility
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality; comfortable interacting with customers
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and self-motivation
- Responsible, polite, and professional
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to report income for tax purposes
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation, able to commute independently to and from work
