What are the responsibilities and job description for the Millwright needed position at Chronos Construction Staffing?

Millwright (Pay $27-32)
- Someone who wants the independency and/or capacity to want it. Works independently with the crew. Trust they can lead a project, critical thinker.
- Mechanical aptitude, prefer someone that can weld MIG, stick, and TIG. Wouldn't be a deal breaker if they can't TIG, certainly MIG and stick. Experience rigging and layout/blueprint.
Per Diem: between $150-200 when traveling not working at shop, can be 2-3 days or even 10 days at a time.
Will be meeting at shop at 7am and will go out to work wherever work needs to be done.
- Typical shop hours (7am-3:30pm) 8 hours, slow week typically 40 hours in shop.
- On the road (7am-5pm/7pm) 10-12 hours, typically 55-60 hours a week.
- Projects will be installations, insulation, demo, and preventive maintenance at soy bean plant.
- Projects can vary such as food processing plant, grain elevators, meat packing plants, and a lot of out-of-town work.
- Overtime is done a bit differently, anything over 8 hours worked in a day is considered OT.
