TCG Sales Associate - Trading Card Games

Located in Fontana, CA, we pride ourselves on blending passion with professionalism.

As a TCG Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inventory Management: Sorting and organizing high volumes of cards by game, set, and condition (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!).
• Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing card orders for online and in-store customers with 100% accuracy.
• Buylist Processing: Evaluating and intaking "buylist" submissions, identifying card editions and rarities, and determining their market value.
• Retail Support: Providing excellent customer service in our retail area and processing transactions using our POS system.
• Quality Control: Identifying subtle variations in card versions (e.g., specific sets or printings) to ensure correct pricing and fulfillment.

We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

• TCG Knowledge: Proven understanding of trading card games like Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece TCG, Riftbound, and Yu-Gi-Oh!.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to distinguish card conditions and accurately identify a wide variety of trading cards.
• Work Ethic: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume tasks.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a busy shop/warehouse setting with high customer volumes and occasional noise.
• Team Player: Reliable and consistent, with a collaborative attitude to support a small, dedicated team.
• Customer Service Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanor to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Technology Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Pay: $16.90 per hour
• Hours: 20–25 hours per week
