About the Role:

Chronic Tacos is seeking self-motivated, hands-on Team Members for our newest Bay Area location in Danville. We provide a fast-paced, social environment where individuality is celebrated. We are looking for dependable individuals to join our founding team and deliver exceptional service from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Welcome guests, explain menu customizations, and ensure a premium dining experience.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve authentic Mexican dishes following 3rd-generation recipes and quality standards.
• Cash Management: Accurately process transactions using the POS system and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation and dining area.
• Upselling: Assist guests with add-ons and catering options to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line server or cashier is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak hours.
• Must have or be able to obtain: Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
