Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Organize and lead farm tours of the facility.
- Handle report, document, and presentation typing, formatting, and editing.
- Engage in data entry, database maintenance, and recordkeeping.
- Assist in answering calls for both Chronic Guru and Sativa University.
- Manage internal/external correspondence on behalf of the Operations Director.
- Schedule appointments, maintain the events calendar, and send timely reminders.
- Handle document copying, scanning, faxing, and notetaking.
- Prepare facilities for scheduled events.
- Oversee office supply orders and manage mail/courier services.
- Uphold best business practices and etiquette.
- Advise and educate customers on cannabis products.
- Ensure dispensary cleanliness and proper stock levels.
- Handle POS transactions, weigh, package, and label cannabis products.
- Implement and oversee shipping strategies and activities.
- Optimize processes and address shipping issues.
- Create and present reports for the Operations Director.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- POS and cash handling experience.
