We’re hiring a Capital Markets Analyst to help grow our network of private credit investors, banks, funds, family offices, and institutional capital providers. This role is highly outbound and core to our syndication and capital-raising activities.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage new credit investors and lenders
- Build targeted investor lists and conduct outbound outreach
- Gather investor mandates, yields, check sizes, and sector preferences
- Qualify investors using structured yes/no numeric questions
- Coordinate intro calls and manage CRM follow-up
- Support deal distribution and syndication efforts
Qualifications
- 1–5 years in capital raising, banking, private credit, financial services/sales
- Comfortable with heavy outbound sourcing
- Understanding of real estate credit
- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM organization
- Professional communication with institutional investors
