What You'll Do
- Perform neuromodulator injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal filler treatments (Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, or similar)
- Specialize in facial balancing and contouring for both male and female patients, tailoring techniques to masculine features (jawline definition, chin projection, brow flattening) and feminine features (softened angles, cheek and lip enhancement, midface volume)
- Conduct detailed patient consultations, assessing facial anatomy and proportions to design personalized, balance-driven treatment plans
- Address the full face holistically — lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, tear troughs, and temples — rather than treating areas in isolation
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and maintenance schedules
- Build and retain a loyal patient base through strong consultation-to-treatment conversion and follow-up care
- Stay current on injectable techniques, products, and facial balancing trends through ongoing training
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional, consistent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate charting and uphold safety and compliance standards
Who You Are
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Georgia
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables required, with demonstrated skill in facial balancing techniques for diverse patient goals
- A strong eye for facial symmetry, proportion, and natural-looking results across all patients — men and women alike
- Passionate about wellness and natural, balanced results
- A skilled communicator with excellent bedside manner and consultative selling ability
- Highly professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Experience with peptides, weight loss, or HRT is a bonus
