MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
About the Role
We’re searching for an experienced MULTICRAFT Maintenance Technician to keep operations running at peak performance.
In this role, you’ll take on everything from troubleshooting breakdowns to installing new equipment, helping ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained facility. -
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Diagnosing and fixing issues with mechanical and electrical systems
- Performing scheduled maintenance to prevent unexpected downtime
- Installing and maintaining motors, hoists, compressors, and control systems
- Operating forklifts and man lifts; safely handling work at height
- Reading and interpreting technical manuals and following safety protocols
- Assisting with facility upkeep and general maintenance needs
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Pitching in on special projects or additional tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Solid skills in mechanical and electrical repair, including 3-phase motors and compressors
- Experience using forklifts and man lifts
- Ability to thrive on a 12-hour, 2-2-3 shift rotation (see below)
- A team player who can also work independently
Your Schedule
This position follows a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation: 2 weeks of AM's followed by 2 weeks of PM's
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $38.00 per hour
