What you will do:
This position is the Leader of the assigned Team Leads. The Branch Manager III (Team Lead III) is responsible for leading our retail employees in providing quality experiences to members who prefer face-to-face interaction with the Credit Union.
- Train and motivate employees in an enthusiastic way
- Educate employees about CHROME technology and services, demonstrating how our simple banking philosophy drives our offerings
- See opportunities and act to establish new CHROME member relationships
- Assist the member when needed and suggest appropriate products and services matching the member's needs
- Provide personalized banking services to members while striving to deliver a "WOW" experience
- Participation in the community through volunteering and Bank at Work programs

What you need to bring with you:
- Experience - Previous banking experience required, including management responsibilities
- Education - 4-year degree preferred

- Must be available to work full-time at multiple locations with flexible hours

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
