Chromatique Salon is seeking a Front Desk Associate who understands that the front desk sets the tone for the entire client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating warm, elevated experiences while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Greet all clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Create a welcoming, luxury atmosphere throughout the salon
• Manage appointments and schedules using an online booking/POS system
• Confirm upcoming appointments via phone and email
• Handle phone calls and client inquiries with confidence and clarity
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain accurate client records and billing information
• Receive and organize inventory deliveries
• Support daily salon operations and team needs
• Maintain salon cleanliness and presentation standards
• Manage salon laundry coordination and deliveries
• Communicate maintenance or facility needs to management
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role (salon, hospitality, retail, or similar)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; POS systems a plus)
• Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative

Salon or beauty industry experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout the day
• Ability to lift and carry packages
• Ability to perform light cleaning tasks
• Frequent use of computer, phone, and POS system

Work Environment
