- Process all new hire paperwork, employee activity forms, payroll changes, and termination paperwork
- Manage HRIS records and compile reports from database as needed
- Responsible for the maintenance of confidential personnel files,
- Maintain a listing of approved positions along with assigned salary grade levels and job codes, manage requisitions and tracker
- Assist manager with various HR projects, compensation and benefits administration
- Distributes information on and explains benefits programs such as health, life, disability, and 401K to employees and dependents
- Investigates and resolves questions regarding adjudication of claims for services by contacting health care professionals and other service providers, benefit plan providers, and employees
- Oversee and manager COBRA process in concert with COBRA TPA
- Maintains employee HR files in line with company policies and government regulations.
